Delivery information

To ensure a quick delivery of your order, the Panama Hatters store partners with the best express couriers selected depending on the target region and the type of product.

You can view the shipping costs for your order in your shopping cart, and they will be charged to you along with the price of your order at payment time. Nothing shall be due to the courier upon delivery of your package unless previously agreed by both parties.

Order processing

Orders are processed from 9am GMT to 5pm GMT Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday shall be processed on the following Monday.

  • - Products listed as “Available” in the Panama Hatters Online Shop shall be processed and shipped within 3 working days from receipt of payment by Gamma Elettronica Srl;
  • - “Special Order” products shall be shipped within 3 working days from the time they are received at the warehouses of Gamma Elettronica Srl sole proprietorship.

Please note, however, that shipments of “Special Order” products can take up to several weeks.

Orders shall not be processed for the month of August; if placed, they shall be processed in September.

Keep an eye on your order

Log onto your account and click on My Orders to check your order status. Select your order number to view details. Once the package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can monitor and track the status of your shipment.

Shipping times

For Italy, shipments are delivered within 48 hours (excluding public holidays). Shipments to the rest of the EU will require about 3-4 working days. Shipments to the rest of the world will require about 7 working days depending on shipping methods (not accounting for customs delays).

Taxes and customs duties

Inside the EU

There are no extra fees or duties on products shipped to countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything upon delivery.

Outside the EU

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, who will have to pay the amount due to the shipper or to the competent authorities in the matter.

Shipments to the US

As mentioned above, products shipped to the United States of America are subject to customs fees and import duties. In addition, US customs require that the recipient provide a Social Security Number or Non-US Citizen Import Number – CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number.

Failure to clear customs

It is up to the customer to ensure that the package is cleared through customs by giving all the necessary information and /or paying the relevant taxes. If the package does not clear customs, it will be returned to our warehouse. For more information, please see our Return Policy.

WARNING: if you have returned a package and requested an order change, the new shipment addressed to you may be subject to import taxes by Customs Authorities.
